Robert Harms spent 12 years in private practice and 11 years as counsel to North Dakota Governors Schafer and Hoeven before starting a public affairs consulting firm. His concentration lies in the energy sector where he has developed solid relationships with industry officials and government agencies. His special interests are government relations, public policy and outreach. His skills include problem solving, negotiations and conflict resolution. Robert has a political science degree from North Dakota State University and a law degree from the University of North Dakota. |

His manufacturing experience includes working with work-flow management, "just in time,” enterprise resource planning and accounts receivable planning. In banking he worked in the areas of trust, international banking, card processing, imaging, mergers and acquisitions and customer relations management. Chris was raised in North Dakota and Minnesota. |

George Rux’s professional experience spans corporate human resources, finance and health plan management. He has worked for The Pillsbury Company, Towers Perrin, Travelers Insurance Company and United Health Group. During his career, he has served as an assistant treasurer and as the director of operations research and employee benefits. He specialized in acquisitions analysis, compensation and benefits with a focus on retiree health liability management and flexible benefits. George received his BS in Engineering Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from Roosevelt University. Prior to entering corporate business, George served as a Captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers. |

John Schaaf was co-founder and President/CEO of American Paging, an American Stock Exchange company. In 1996, Schaaf formed a consulting firm, serving numerous clients in the United States, Western Europe and Asia. His areas of concentration are business management turn-around, merger & acquisition, strategic planning, business development and organizational design. A United States Air Force veteran, John has served on multiple private and public company board of directors during the past thirty years. He was educated at the University of St. Thomas (BA Business Management and Economics) and UCLA Anderson School of Management. |
